Murdock is the keeper of Comcast’s books, leading all external financial reporting, corporate accounting and corporate internal controls functions. It hasn’t been business as usual the past year with Comcast engaging in a bidding war with 21st Century Fox and Disney over Sky with a $38.8 billion all-cash offer, but Murdock has been able to keep Comcast’s ship upright through the landmark deal. Outside the office, he’s a member of the American Board of Certified Public Accountants.
