In a bid to showcase Francophone culture in Louisiana through the eyes of innovative local filmmakers, TV5MONDE USA partnered with Cox Communications to launch the #CreateLouisiana French Culture Film grant competition, offering a $30,000 grant to local Louisiana-based French language filmmakers.
