Bryant has created a series of tools and methodologies to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of individual competitors, allowing for the development of strategies and actions to reduce the competitive impact on Mediacom’s business. She has also worked to improve the media mix within the marketing budget to drive more effective marketing activity, strategically shifting budgets, and driving an increase in marketing-driven connects from 17% to 23% without any additional spend.

If you could compete in one game or competition series, which would it be and why? One sport I would love to compete in would be competitive cheerleading. Growing up, I didn’t recognize the incredible athleticism involved in the sport. However, after watching my daughters compete for several years and seeing the strength and endurance they’ve developed, along with the joy they share with their friends, I find myself wishing I could be a part of that experience.
