Lightcap oversees all content-related business for Discovery Latin America/US’s 13 networks, a job that gets busier by the year as the company continues to extend its reach around the world. She was born in Buenos Aires and is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese. As well as her work with Discovery, she serves as a member of the Board for the Television Academy Foundation.
