Cable One annually honors success throughout the company with its System of the Year awards, which celebrate the accomplishments of systems throughout its family of brands. To increase engagement and add transparency, the operations and communications teams worked together on jazzing things up. An update describing a new award category and other changes were present via written copy as well as a sports broadcast-style video delivered by the company’s Division Operations Directors. The collaborative efforts helped increase awareness among system leaders and front-line associates.
