Isaacs and his team have started field trials for Arris’ next-gen field service management SaaS product, which implements its DevOps SW development process. Yet Isaacs says DOCSIS 3.1 may be the industry’s most beneficial technology right now “because the increase in bandwidth allows cable to stay ahead of other facilities-based service providers to deliver advanced services,” he says.
