Kennedy has served in the role of creative writer/producer for Aspire since 2012, where she writes, produces and edits short-form and branded content for the network. During this stint she has worked with brands including Walmart, Coca-Cola, Ford and The Home Depot. The industry’s ability to tell stories visually and creatively was the thing that drew her to it. “I’ve had a knack for writing since I was a young girl and have always been intrigued/motivated to bring words, stories and characters to life through film and television.” A highlight for her this year was writing an original poem for Aspire’s Women’s History Month Campaign.
