McCray brings more than 20 years of experience in the broadcast and cable TV industry as she leads brand research for the Travel Channel. She oversees short-and long-term program planning and scheduling, and manages all acquisitions for the network. Away from work, McCray supports the organization Urban Resource Institute. “I started as a volunteer and worked my way up to the board and eventually the chairman of the board of directors,” she says. “I know I’m making a huge difference in people’s lives.”
