In addition to overseeing the company’s broadband operations, Lynch serves as president and GM of Washington County, MD’s Antietam Broadband. During the pandemic, he made the decision to permanently remove Antietam’s broadband data usage caps—saying that in uncertain times, customers need certainty around their bills. He’s also introduced several new products, including Smart WiFi, while continuing the rollout and investment in Gig internet service.
