As director of programming for Verizon FiOS, Binford is responsible for securing content complex carriage agreements for the distributor. Key to that is his ability to maintain strong relationships post negotiations in order to ensure compliance, secure marketing and branding opportunities, and foster new distribution possibilities on up-and-coming digital platforms. Binford is known for his attention to detail, which he also exemplified at a previous stint at Insight Communications.
