Archtop Fiber stayed true to its local roots even in the midst of growth. Its marketing team partnered with local coffee and donut shops for its “Fiber Friday Coffee Pop-ups,” which came with free coffees outfitted with #hotAF branding. This allowed Archtop’s service teams to interact with community members to talk about the benefits of fiber and what to expect during construction. Archtop also handed out “Fiber Franks” at the restaurant Dallas Hot Wieners and extended the strategy to seasonal activities like Trunk-or-Treats and even National Cookie Day. The program generated over 1,000 leads—all without spending a dollar on paid media.
