Promoted to senior programming manager in September, Hovland is instrumental in negotiating content distribution deals for DISH’s satellite, TV Everywhere and OTT platforms. Despite her young age, Hovland has been promoted multiple times at DISH, and she’s definitely one to watch out for. Hovland also volunteers in the community through DISH’s community outreach program. “I volunteer with my department at local organizations like Food Bank of the Rockies and Brent’s Place,” she says.
