Who is an inspirational woman you admire, and why?

What’s a recent example of a step forward for women in the media industry?
When I look around, I’m inspired to see so many women taking on leadership roles—whether it is in the technology sector or at a traditional media company—it is promising to see the number of women starting to rise.
