Stressing social distancing and sharing mental health resources, the programmer reignited MTV’s “Unplugged” and spotlighted frontline workers with the “Essentials” series. Other elements included cooking classes through CMT, and live streamed yoga classes via Smithsonian Channel. Most importantly, 51% of people who shared the campaign said it made them feel less isolated.
