How has embracing your authentic self shaped your leadership style? I always aim to lead through a lens of curiosity. When there’s a challenge presented, I start with asking questions. When you ask questions, you’re seeking greater understanding, which will lead to more impactful solutions. Being curious has shaped my own leadership style and has allowed me to build a culture of curiosity within my own team and the partners we work with.
