The ABC Entertainment team doesn’t do anything small. To promote “Abbott Elementary,” the group, led by EVP Naomi Bulochnikov-Paul, launched a campaign featuring teacher- focused screenings and panels, school supply donations and Scholastic-sponsored book fairs for Title 1 schools. For “black-ish’” seventh season, the team secured award-winning American author and artist Kadir Nelson to paint the key art, honoring the series’ cultural impact as it nears its finale. Other stand-out moments included press mailers hand delivered by singing telegrams for “American Idol’s” 20th season and an 85-foot “Big Sky” hot air balloon at the most-photographed live event in the nation, the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta.
