Within the competitive Florida landscape, Biava and his team have delivered the highest employee satisfaction scores since he took over leadership for the team. He’s responsible for managing all facets of the technical operations organization, including contractor support, outsource partners and numerous vendors. Looking ahead, his focus will remain on business services, Xfinity Home and X1 adoption. Biava is very engaged with community efforts, including mentorships with L. Patrick Mellon and WICT, and speaking engagements at universities. In addition, “Our family devotes a lot of time to various classical music charities—from donating to various community and university orchestras to playing in concerts that raise money for other charities. Music has always been a huge part of my family, and we want to continue that for the next generation.”
