In an ever-changing industry like cable, the forward thinking Simons is focused on addressing the residual effects consolidation and shifting business models may have in the areas of diversity and inclusion. Simons’ supportive leadership style inspires dedication from and collaboration among his team, and through NAMIC’s 16 chapters across the country.
