He led the team that secured carriage deals with major distribution partners and affiliate stations, maintaining Fox’s presence in an ever-changing landscape. Beyond his distribution dealings, Espinosa regularly participates in Fox’s mentorship programs and is an executive sponsor for HOLA, an ERG dedicated to developing Hispanic leaders.
Do you personally still have a traditional cable video package? Of course! I mainly watch sports, but the bundle has something for everyone in our family and is still the best entertainment value.

Book, movie or TV series that greatly influenced my leadership style: I recently became a fan of Adam Grant’s writing. “Think Again” is a great read and I’m now working my way through “Hidden Potential,” which is equally thought-provoking.
Favorite way to destress? I love to play golf first thing in the morning. Getting out of bed when it’s still dark on a Saturday morning is not easy, but it’s worth it!
