Henderson achieved a career milestone this April when she joined SCTE and its global arm, the International Society of Broadband Experts, in her new position. In this role, she has shifted from supporting and marketing cable system operators around the world to providing meaningful resources and programs for every type of professional in the industry. She gives top marks for diversity on the programmer and service provider side; however, Henderson says, “The vendor community still has work to do.”
