WE tv’s 2013 redesign truly brought its site to the next level, modernizing it for the multiplatform world and well positioning WE tv’s online presence for the future. As WE tv Digital labored over the summer on the redesign, execs’ main goal was to deliver a rich and engaging experience while making every user interaction with the site a simple and engaging as possible. That not only meant a new responsive designed geared for any platform but also bringing a new, “mobile-first” design perspective that enabled the team to analyze the most important areas for users and put them easily within reach on even the smallest of screens. The proof is in the results: in 2013, the site’s visits jumped 45% over the same period in 2012. WE tv’s unique visitors are also up 32% over 2012.
