Today her responsibilities at TWC include overseeing HSD products and programs, managing the development of all customer-facing product offerings and backend technologies, as well as handling the product lifecycle from concept through deployment. She has been a key contributor to the growth and innovation of TWC’s HSD product suite. A successful career to Wilson “is not really ‘work,’ but rather a fulfilling and gratifying experience in which I have the ability to contribute to change in some meaningful way.”

How do you define a successful career?

A successful career is not really ‘work,’ but rather a fulfilling and gratifying experience in which I have the ability to contribute to change in some meaningful way.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

At the pool, either swimming or coaching. There is nothing better than that.
