Davis operates at the ground level of diversity. As a member of several professional organizations, he regularly speaks on the importance of a more inclusive workplace and how companies benefit from blended experiences. He has also furthered diversity internally, serving on Comcast’s Diversity & Inclusion team. Davis thinks there’s still room for improvement, however. “I would like to see the cable industry identify more creative approaches to compel more female and minority college graduates to enter our industry.”
