Since joining Time Warner Cable in 2004 – with two decades of previous experience in the telecom industry – Fiala has fulfilled a critical role. She drives strategic and contingency planning for commercial and residential digital phone service, including two recent coups: First, she managed a certification project to ensure service readiness for 7 million homes and businesses. Second, Fiala oversaw the transition of 850,000 subs from one network provider to another, resulting in an annual savings of $55 million.
