After 23 years in cable and 12 as a founder and leader at the services and technology company itaas, Rustagi has learned how to succeed even in tough economic times.  During her tenure as CEO, itaas has grown to support more than 200 employees, and just this year, the company opened up its fourth advanced R&D and testing facility. Her management philosophy is simple: “Management by walking around is a great way to re-energize yourself and your team,” she says. “I often take a ‘green tea break’ as I walk around and talk with itaas employees.”
