Sheehan leads a staff of 1,100 employees and oversees broadcast ops, engineering, traffic and support for Turner’s domestic and international entertainment and animation networks. That includes strategy and operational support for the digital space as well. We’re talking content metadata, search, discovery, testing, ACR and more. TV Everywhere initiatives, for which Turner is known as an innovator, also fall on her plate. A leader in myriad ways, Sheehan is also founding chair of Turner Women Today, TBS’s 1,400-member business resource group that encourages and empowers women.
