Sheehan oversees network operations, providing constant support for six entertainment networks. But while that’s a 24/7 job, Sheehan is most gratified by Turner Women Today, the business resource group she founded in 2006. “The leadership and executive support for these chapters is strong and inspiring,” she says. “My vision of a small mentoring group in my department has grown into a business resource group that’s a case study for our industry.”
