D.C.-based Cajigas oversees Discovery’s operations and transmission across several departments. And she has played critical roles in consolidating the Media Technology, Productions and Operations (MTP&O) business operations and strategic planning functions across the company, which helps ensure efficiencies and seamless project management. Prior to her current role, Cajigas, who joined the company in 2006, served as SVP of Operations for the DLA/USH division, where she was responsible for redefining the process and structure of the Operations groups and their relationships with other stakeholders.
