Troy Griffin
Griffin leads a diverse team that’s worked to achieve increased success across all customer care metrics, often ranking top within Comcast. An impactful and inspiring leader, he sets the tone for a team that is key to the Beltway Region, one of the company’s most prominent. Griffin passionately supports the mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington as a member of its board of directors. “I get to see first-hand the phenomenal work this organization does to positively impact the lives of families throughout this region,” he says.
What grade do you give the cable industry on diversity and why?
Comcast is extremely focused on diversity and inclusion initiatives. We have launched Employee Resource Groups across our footprint to drive education and action around our opportunities in the diversity and inclusion space and I’ve never been more excited about the focus Comcast has on this topic! And, while most companies in the industry are making great progress in the space of diversity, there is still a lot of work to be done.
Favorite charity organization you work with?
My favorite charity is the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington. As a member of the board, I get to see first-hand the phenomenal work this organization does to positively impact the lives of families throughout this region and show children that they can be successful and follow their dreams.
