Tracy Dolgin

Title: President & CEO YES Network

Years in Cable: 23

Education: Bachelor’s degree,
Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University; MBA, Stanford University

One Word that Best Describes Me: Honest

YES has always been about delivering the game experience to as many fans as possible on as many platforms as possible, and with Dolgin in charge that will continue to be the case. Even with the setback of losing Comcast in November, YES has kept up the momentum, including launching a slick campaign against the MSO’s decision. The network has proven to be a leader among national and regional networks on social platforms, surpassing 500,000 followers across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, in 2015. Talk about #winning.

Last show I watched not on my network(s): “The Walking Dead”

What was your first job? Pushing a dolly containing millions of zippers throughout the Garment District in Manhattan while working for my uncle’s zipper-painting factory

If this election year was a reality TV series, it would be called… Ripley’s Believe It Or Not

Best way to spend a Saturday night: Playing poker

Hoverboard, driverless car or drone: Driverless car

I watch the majority of programming on this device: On a 65-inch OLED TV

My personal theme song is: “Before They Make Me Run” (The Rolling Stones)

Favorite vacation spot: A safari in South Africa
