Tonya Cornileus

An integral member of ESPN’s senior human resources leadership team, Cornileus oversees global learning, talent management and organizational development strategies for the company’s employees around the globe. She recently spearheaded the expansion of the mentorship program at ESPN, where she oversaw multiple mentor events for employees that encouraged conversation on how to better enhance their work experience. She also served as an Executive Survey Champion, which helped employees understand how their feedback via surveys were seen, heard and integrated into ESPN’s action plans. Look for Cornileus to continue to emphasize employee engagement in the coming year.
