After joining TV One five years ago, Judkins ascended to the top post in programming in less than a year. This year, the net doubled its original programming, most of which will debut at the end of 2012. That’s a whole lot more to oversee – but we’re confident Judkins will kill it. An honoree at the 2012 NAMIC Emerging Leaders breakfast, a Multi Woman to Watch and deemed a role model by ESSENCE magazine, Toni will undoubtedly rise to the occasion.
