On a daily basis, she remains keenly focused on optimizing customer operations to deliver a superior customer experience. Simmons volunteers as a member of the Leadership Development Committee for the Phi Beta Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. “Success in the workplace is comprised of contributing to the bottom line results of the company in a way that motivates others to want to work with you,” she says.
