As an industrial engineer, Might literally views things from a different perspective. Maybe that’s why last year, under his leadership, expenses were down 2 percent and operating cash flow was up more than 10 percent. This year sees added challenges including spinning off Cable ONE from Graham Holdings as a separately traded company. Might also will continue to aggressively contain costs through operations strategy projects across the organization.

 

I wish Congress would just… stop spending more money.

Should the industry embrace or reject “virtual MSOs” and why? Embrace! Let’s not behave like bookstores, newspapers, or the music industry did, and pretend we have a pass on technological disruption.
