Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Best trick I’ve found to maintain a personal-professional life balance is to take three-day weekends.  The weeks slip away quickly but I sprinkle long weekend family trips throughout the year so I’ve got something to plan ahead and schedule around. Outdoor adventures have the added bonus of limited cell service, giving me an opportunity to truly unplug and spend quality time with the family.
