Bowens was promoted to her current position after serving as senior director of customer lifecycle marketing and experience for three years. Her strong work ethic remains a constant as she continues to build connections with co-workers and colleagues throughout the industry. Her favorite non-profit organization is The National Black Arts Festival. An avid art collector, Bowens says, “NBAF allows me to support artistic and educational programs in music, fashion, dance, film, visual arts, theater and the literary arts from the African diaspora.”
