Gosalia may be new to this list and to Cox (she joined in January of this year), but she brings more than 15 years of experience in driving growth, strategy and innovation within technology, communications and media companies, such as consulting firm Oliver Wyman and Neustar. Currently, she’s leading Cox as it continues to explore new strategies and pursues growth to meet customers’ evolving needs. Gosalia speaks many languages, including Spanish, Gujarati and Hindi, and serves as a board member for non-profit organization South Asian-Americans Leading Together. A key to learning, she says, is to seek out mentors who are diverse. “I gain a new perspective through these relationships… [It’s] a way of looking at the world that teaches me something.”
