This year, under White’s leadership, the West Division of Comcast Cable launched a new internal employee brand: I Am Comcast. The thrust of the new brand is the newly created West Division Pledge, inspired by White’s leadership, which defines six Focus Areas that form the foundation of its culture, including development, career, empowerment, recognition, communication and community. “You can control two things,” he says. “Effort and attitude.” Through the Denver Scholarship Foundation, White supports efforts to provide scholarships to minority high school students in the Denver area. He also serves as an adviser for WICT Northern California.

Over delivering on our annual business plan while leading the team through the Time Warner/Charter transaction.
