How do you define a successful career?
A successful career to me is when you pause, look at where you are, where you have been, where you want to go and think “I am exactly where I am supposed to be”. By this I mean that you are managing your own career. Make decisions based on what’s best for you at the time , keep your network alive and be kind along the way. When you do these things everyday your career will benefit.
