As an added bonus, the team this year won its first Marketing Team of the Year Award from Promax/BDA Award. Another form of recognition came from the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), for FX’s marketing of LGBT-friendly programming, overseen by Gibbons.
