Ceasar oversees Comcast’s National Engineering and Technical Operations video deployment projects, including cross-company initiatives, infrastructure projects, technical launch management validation and readiness for service activation. And if all that isn’t enough, she found time in May to participate in the FIRST robotics championships in St. Louis where Comcast created the Comcast Media & Technology Award. She often helps bring together senior engineering leaders across Comcast divisions and regions. “We all bring different life experiences to the table when working together,” she says. “It is through our differences that we can learn from each other and build even better experiences.”
