As a result of Ceasar’s strong leadership, her organization managed 1,600 video deployments in 2011 alone. Ceasar formally mentors professionals and is a strong sponsorship advocate for FIRST, a nonprofit aimed at sparking young peoples’ interest in science and technology. “Being authentic is the skill I value most in my career,” she says. “I show up as Sherita every day.”
