In addition, Nicholson’s attention to detail has helped preserve and grow revenue. In fact, INSP’s 2015 transition to new software used for creating sales proposals, trafficking, and invoicing might have caused serious problems had Nicholson not been there to ensure it was correctly deployed. Nicholson also transitioned the sales department from paper filing to digital, which has sped up processing and allowed for more efficient archiving.
