It has been a little over a year since Madigan was promoted to EVP, and she has stayed busy overseeing content sales and strategy for linear and digital distribution. She scored a huge win this year when Comcast agreed to add Univision Deportes—something the programmer has been pushing for more than two years. When not in the office, look for her walking around Brooklyn searching for her new favorite restaurant.

How do you define a successful career?

Working to be more awesome and help others to be more awesome, every day.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

I have two.  Put the items that you need to do for yourself on the same list that you use for work to do items.  Not getting enough sleep is the easiest way to be a complete grouch at work and home.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

Walking around Brooklyn in search of my new favorite restaurant.
