IFC, BBC America and WE tv all have distinctive programming voices, but the execs in charge at each network have one element in common: continued growth. Last year, Barnett oversaw the development and production of multiple projects, and in January she greenlit new original series “Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency.” Under Caserta’s leadership, IFC continues to be the home of smart, alternative original comedies. Last year the network grew its core programming with fresh-voiced entries including “Documentary Now!” Meanwhile, WE tv, under Juris, continues to flourish as well. In 2015, the network achieved its fourth consecutive best year ever in prime for both adults and W25-54.
