Kinsman’s coup as the first woman inducted into SCTE’s Hall of Fame in 2009 continues to serve as a calling card to one of the industry’s veteran innovators. Her Seattlebased Kinsman Design Associates, which consults the cable TV industry on system architectures, offers nearly four decades of expertise to the business. She entered the cable industry in 1972 and continues to be a member of SCTE and Cable TV Pioneers.
