Rudy Brioché

Brioché spends his time at Comcast working to develop a better cyber security approach for the industry as well as a comprehensive federal privacy and data security framework for the Internet ecosystem. Yet Brioché still makes time to help others. He actively supports Roots of Development, a community investment organization dedicated to helping impoverished communities gain financial resources and skills, and also mentors young professionals. “Mentorship is key to developing and retaining talent within an organization,” Brioché says, noting that being authentic, non-judgmental and keeping the focus on the mentees are of prime importance.
