In Rosado’s strategic role, she works as a key contributor not only to E! News, but to the success of the network’s overall brand. She maximizes the value of news on every possible platform as she oversees content strategy, news gathering and reporting of content under one team for E! News. Through Rosado’s leadership during May 2016, E! News drew 30 million multiplatform unique visitors to its digital properties. “I believe that the growth of Snapchat and Instagram stories is an opportunity for content creators to learn how to tell stories differently,” Rosado says. “I’m excited to see how that will impact more traditional formats.”

What grade do you give the cable industry on diversity and why?
I give the cable industry a “7” on diversity. It has very much improved but we are still not quite there yet. Also, as much as we need more diversity, we also need less stereotyping and need to show a wider spectrum of characters.

The technology that will most benefit cable over the next year is…
Aside from better measurement that truly captures cross platform audiences, I believe that the growth of Snapchat and Instagram stories is an opportunity for content creators to learn how to tell stories differently. I’m excited to see how that will impact more traditional formats.
