Lopez keeps his focus trained on the customer experience of those in Comcast’s Oregon-SW Washington region. He spearheads initiatives to ensure the region has a skilled and empowered workforce, that they operate with integrity and that they represent the needs and desires of the customer. He’s equally passionate about bringing new customers into the Comcast fold as he is retaining the company’s base—and he has led the region to achieving a number of important operational, sales and financial metrics, while overseeing the development, beta and roll-out of a home-grown, cloud-based tool designed for techs in the field. Lopez also has been a strong advocate for the Net Promoter System, continually reminding the 2000-plus employees in the region that this is a methodical process, which is demonstrating positive results.
