Gay’s responsibilities include strategic and long-range planning, key operational initiatives and serving as brand liaison for centralized back office functions, such as finance, HR, legal, IT, etc. His star has risen quickly, with Gay elected to partner at Booz Allen Hamilton’s Global Media and Entertainment Practice at the age of 32. He’s also active in the community, having led several pro bono consulting initiatives, including efforts for the Chicago Urban league, the Museum of Television and Radio and the Studio Museum of Harlem. Gay is currently a Trustee of Second Stage Theater, an off-Broadway theater company and The New York Institute for Special Education.
